While we provide personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, workout programming, accountability, and educational resources, our services are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By enrolling in one of our coaching programs or using the Good Change Coaching Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Medical Disclaimer & Liability Waiver.
Our mission is to educate, encourage, and support clients in building sustainable, lifelong healthy habits.
We believe coaching is a collaborative partnership built on communication, accountability, trust, and consistency. While we provide guidance, education, and recommendations, meaningful results depend on each client's commitment to implementing those recommendations.
Depending on the coaching program you purchase, your membership may include:
Personalized nutrition coaching
Customized workout programming
Weekly accountability coaching
Habit and lifestyle coaching
Progress reviews and program adjustments
Educational resources
Access to the Good Change Coaching Platform
Messaging support
Community access
Live coaching sessions or educational events when included in your membership
Services vary depending on the coaching program selected.
Good Change Development LLC agrees to:
Provide professional coaching services.
Review submitted weekly check-ins.
Provide individualized recommendations based on available information.
Maintain respectful and professional communication.
Respond to messages within approximately two (2) business days, excluding weekends, holidays, travel, emergencies, or announced business closures.
Maintain the confidentiality of client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Support clients with education, accountability, and encouragement throughout their coaching journey.
As a client, you agree to:
Complete weekly check-ins as requested.
Communicate honestly regarding your progress, challenges, injuries, illnesses, medications, pregnancy, or other factors affecting your coaching.
Follow your nutrition and workout plans to the best of your ability.
Notify your coach when modifications may be necessary.
Maintain respectful communication with coaches, staff members, and community members.
Keep your payment information current.
Maintain the security of your Good Change Coaching Platform account.
Communication is conducted primarily through the Good Change Coaching Platform unless otherwise directed by your coach.
Clients are encouraged to ask questions, submit updates, and communicate regularly throughout their coaching journey.
Response times are generally within two (2) business days; however, response times may vary during weekends, holidays, travel, emergencies, or announced business closures.
Weekly check-ins are an essential part of the coaching process.
Your coach uses your check-ins to evaluate progress and determine whether changes should be made to your nutrition, workouts, habits, or coaching plan.
If a weekly check-in is not submitted:
Your current nutrition plan may remain unchanged.
Your current workout program may remain unchanged.
Program modifications may be delayed until sufficient information is received.
Missed check-ins do not extend your coaching membership or modify your billing schedule.
Recommendations may change throughout your coaching based on:
Weekly check-ins
Progress photos
Body measurements
Lifestyle changes
Medical updates
Injuries
Personal goals
Client feedback
Good Change Development LLC reserves the right to modify coaching recommendations as necessary to provide safe and appropriate guidance.
Memberships renew automatically on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Payment authorizes recurring billing until cancellation becomes effective.
Membership pauses, cancellations, refunds, and billing policies are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service.
Good Change Development LLC respects your privacy.
Client information, progress photos, check-ins, coaching conversations, and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Client success stories or transformation photos will never be published without your prior permission.
We strive to maintain a positive, encouraging, and respectful coaching environment.
Clients agree to treat coaches, staff members, and fellow community members with kindness and respect.
Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of coaching services in accordance with our Terms of Service.

If any provision of this Coaching Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern unless otherwise required by applicable law.
