At Good Change Development LLC, we are committed to providing personalized coaching, education, accountability, and ongoing support. Because every coaching program is customized and begins immediately after enrollment, we ask that all clients carefully review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing our services.
By enrolling in any coaching program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our coaching services, all payments made to Good Change Development LLC are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Coaching services already provided.
Personalized nutrition programs.
Personalized workout programs.
Educational resources or digital downloads.
Missed check-ins.
Lack of participation.
Failure to communicate with your coach.
Dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow your coaching program.
Failure to provide the required cancellation notice.
2. Weekly Check-ins
Clients are responsible for completing weekly check-ins through the Good Change Coaching Platform.
If a weekly check-in is not submitted, your existing nutrition and workout plans will remain in effect until sufficient information is received for your coach to safely make adjustments.
Missed check-ins do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions of coaching services.
3. Membership Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the completion of any minimum commitment period.
To cancel your membership, you must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice through the Good Change Coaching Platform or by emailing [email protected].
Your membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and any scheduled payments during that period remain your responsibility. Cancellation requests do not cancel or reverse payments that have already been processed. Any payment successfully processed prior to the effective cancellation date remains non-refundable in accordance with this policy.
4. Membership Pauses
Clients may request one or more membership pauses totaling up to sixty (60) consecutive days within any six (6) month period.
To request a pause:
Submit your request at least five (5) days before the desired pause date.
Requests submitted with less than five days' notice are not guaranteed.
Any payment already processing will continue as scheduled.
During an approved pause:
Recurring payments are temporarily suspended.
Your minimum coaching commitment is extended by the length of the approved pause.
Coaching support, program updates, and plan modifications are suspended.
Clients may continue submitting check-ins or messages; however, responses and coaching during the pause are provided solely at the discretion of Good Change Development LLC.
5. Failed Payments
Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times.
If a scheduled payment cannot be successfully processed, Good Change Development LLC may:
Temporarily suspend coaching services.
Pause access to the Good Change Coaching Platform.
Delay program updates until payment has been received.
Terminate the membership if payment is not resolved within a reasonable period.
The client remains responsible for any outstanding balances owed under their membership agreement.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback for charges that comply with our Terms of Service may result in:
Suspension of coaching services.
Removal of access to the Good Change Coaching Platform.
Termination of your membership.
Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Good Change Development LLC understands that unexpected life events may occur.
Requests for exceptions due to significant medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of any exception is solely at the discretion of Good Change Development LLC and does not establish a precedent for future requests.
