At Good Change, we believe lasting transformation comes from consistency, accountability, education, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Our coaching is designed to support you throughout your health and fitness journey by providing personalized guidance, education, accountability, and resources through the Good Change Coaching Platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching services, website, programs, mobile applications, and any products or services offered by Good Change Development LLC.
By purchasing coaching, enrolling in one of our programs, creating an account, or accessing the Good Change Coaching Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our coaching services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to coaching programs, memberships, digital resources, educational materials, communications, and use of the Good Change Coaching Platform offered, administered, facilitated, or delivered by Good Change Development LLC, including services provided through participating coaches, coaching businesses, brands, contractors, affiliates, and service providers.
These Terms are intended to govern the relationship between the client and Good Change Development LLC and, where applicable, the coach or coaching business providing services to the client.
Good Change Development LLC (“Good Change,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an online health and wellness coaching company headquartered in El Paso, Texas.
Our mission is to help individuals create sustainable, lifelong change through personalized coaching, education, accountability, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Good Change may provide coaching services directly or may facilitate services provided by independent or affiliated coaches, coaching businesses, brands, contractors, and service providers operating through or in connection with the Good Change Coaching Platform (collectively, “Participating Coaches”).
Participating Coaches may include, but are not limited to, Athlete220 LLC, as well as other current or future coaches and coaching businesses authorized to provide services through the Good Change Coaching Platform.
Depending on the coaching program you purchase, your program may include:
Personalized nutrition coaching
Personalized workout programming
Habit and lifestyle coaching
Accountability coaching
Progress reviews and program adjustments
Educational resources
Access to the Good Change Coaching Platform
Community features and live coaching sessions, when included in your program
The specific services available to you depend on the coaching program or membership you purchase.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, these Terms apply regardless of whether your coaching services are provided directly by Good Change or by a Participating Coach.
References in these Terms to Good Change may, where applicable to the particular provision, include the Participating Coach or coaching business providing your services.
To use our coaching services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
All information you provide to Good Change or your Participating Coach is accurate and complete.
You are medically able to participate in physical activity and nutrition coaching, or have received clearance from your healthcare provider.
You understand that participation in any exercise or nutrition program involves inherent risks.
Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if coaching is determined not to be appropriate for a client's circumstances.
Good Change Development LLC provides and facilitates online health and wellness coaching designed to help clients build sustainable habits and pursue their individual health and fitness goals.
Your specific coaching services may be delivered by Good Change or by a Participating Coach, including Athlete220 LLC or another coach or coaching business operating through the Good Change Coaching Platform.
Depending on the coaching program purchased, services may include:
Personalized nutrition coaching
Personalized workout programming
Lifestyle and habit coaching
Progress reviews and program adjustments
Accountability coaching
Educational resources
Access to the Good Change Coaching Platform
Community features, group coaching sessions, or live educational events when included with your program
Our coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition.
Good Change and Participating Coaches reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue coaching features, technology, educational resources, or program offerings as the business and services evolve, provided such changes are consistent with applicable law and any specific written commitments made to the client.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at enrollment, your initial enrollment constitutes the purchase of a complete coaching program for the program term and total program price disclosed and agreed to at enrollment.
The initial program purchase is not a month-to-month subscription.
By enrolling, you are purchasing and committing to the complete initial coaching program and the total purchase price presented to you during enrollment.
The length of the program, total purchase price, payment schedule, included services, and other program-specific terms will be disclosed during enrollment or in your applicable coaching agreement, checkout, order form, invoice, or other enrollment materials.
Good Change or the applicable Participating Coach may permit you to pay the total program purchase price through installments.
When an installment payment option is selected, the installments constitute a payment plan for the full initial program purchase.
Each installment does not represent the purchase of a separate month of coaching and does not convert the initial program into a cancel-anytime or month-to-month subscription.
The payment plan is a method of paying the total amount owed for the program.
Coaching programs may require substantial work, preparation, programming, onboarding, technology access, administrative services, scheduling, intellectual property, and resources beginning at or shortly after enrollment.
Accordingly, discontinuing participation, failing to use the Good Change Coaching Platform, failing to complete check-ins, missing coaching sessions, ceasing communication, or otherwise choosing not to participate does not, by itself, cancel or eliminate the client's payment obligations for the initial program.
After the client's initial program term has been completed and the initial program purchase has been paid in accordance with the applicable payment agreement, coaching may automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at the continuation rate disclosed to and agreed to by the client.
The month-to-month continuation is separate from the client's initial full-program purchase.
Once the client enters the month-to-month continuation phase, recurring charges will continue according to the applicable billing schedule until proper cancellation notice is provided and becomes effective under Section 10 of these Terms.
By purchasing coaching services, you authorize Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach, together with their payment processor, to charge your selected payment method according to the payment schedule and terms you agreed to at enrollment.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services and access to the Good Change Coaching Platform without eliminating amounts otherwise owed under the applicable agreement.
Payments for coaching services may be processed by Good Change Development LLC, the applicable Participating Coach or coaching business, and/or through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”).
The business name appearing on your payment statement may therefore correspond to Good Change, your Participating Coach, or the coaching business through which your program was purchased.
By submitting payment information and completing enrollment, you authorize the applicable service provider and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for amounts you agreed to pay, including:
The initial program purchase price
Scheduled installment payments
Month-to-month continuation payments, when applicable
Failed-payment retries
Late or outstanding payments
An applicable Early Termination Fee (“ETF”), when applicable under your enrollment terms
Other amounts properly owed under your agreement
If your initial program purchase is paid through installments, authorization for recurring installment charges does not make the initial program a month-to-month subscription. Those charges are scheduled payments toward the agreed program purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If payment fails, coaching access may be paused, suspended, or terminated until payment is successfully received.
Good Change Development LLC and its Participating Coaches are committed to providing timely, professional, and respectful communication throughout your coaching experience.
All coaching communication should take place through the Good Change Coaching Platform, unless otherwise instructed by your coach. This includes messages, progress updates, check-ins, file sharing, and other coaching-related communication.
If access to the Good Change Coaching Platform is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, clients may contact us at [email protected].
Our goal is to respond to client messages within two (2) business days. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, business closures, travel, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with coaches, staff members, and other community members. Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach reserve the right to suspend communication privileges or terminate coaching services if a client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
Clients are expected to complete a weekly check-in through the Good Change Coaching Platform unless otherwise instructed by their coach.
Weekly check-ins allow your coach to evaluate your progress, monitor your health and wellness journey, and determine whether adjustments to your nutrition, workout program, habits, or overall coaching plan are appropriate.
If a weekly check-in is not submitted, your existing nutrition and workout plans will remain in effect until sufficient information is received to safely and effectively make adjustments.
Good Change and the applicable Participating Coach are not responsible for delays in program updates resulting from missed check-ins, incomplete information, or lack of communication from the client.
Failure to submit weekly check-ins does not pause, extend, cancel, or modify your program term, payment plan, payment obligations, month-to-month membership, or coaching commitment.
To receive the greatest benefit from coaching, clients agree to:
Complete weekly check-ins as requested.
Follow their nutrition and workout plans to the best of their ability.
Communicate honestly regarding progress, challenges, injuries, illnesses, medications, and other information that may affect coaching.
Notify their coach of significant health changes before continuing with the program.
Maintain respectful and professional communication with coaches, staff members, and other community members.
Maintain an active and valid payment method for amounts owed for coaching services.
Keep their Good Change Coaching Platform account secure and not share login credentials with others.
Good Change and its Participating Coaches are committed to providing personalized guidance, education, accountability, and ongoing support throughout your coaching journey. Coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation from both the coach and client.
By enrolling in our coaching services, you acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for your own actions, decisions, and implementation of recommendations provided.
Results, including but not limited to weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, body composition changes, athletic performance, and improvements in overall health, vary from person to person.
Success depends on numerous factors outside the control of Good Change and your coach, including consistency, adherence to the program, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, medical history, medications, genetics, lifestyle habits, and individual effort.
Accordingly, Good Change and Participating Coaches do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in coaching programs.
Good Change understands that life circumstances may occasionally require a temporary pause in coaching.
Clients may request to pause their program for up to sixty (60) consecutive days within a six (6) month period, subject to approval.
To request a pause, clients must submit written notice through the Good Change Coaching Platform at least five (5) days before the requested pause date. Requests submitted with fewer than five days' notice are not guaranteed, and payments already being processed may continue as scheduled.
During an approved program pause:
Scheduled program installment payments may be temporarily suspended when approved as part of the pause.
The client's initial program term or minimum coaching commitment will be extended by the length of the approved pause.
Clients may continue to access the Good Change Coaching Platform unless otherwise determined.
Coaching support, program updates, accountability, and plan modifications will be suspended during the pause.
Clients may still submit messages or check-ins; however, responses, coaching, and account management during the pause are provided at the discretion of Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach.
A pause is not a cancellation or forgiveness of the remaining program balance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the client's payment obligations resume following the approved pause.
Approval of program pauses is at the discretion of Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach.
We sincerely hope to be part of your transformation for years to come. However, different rules apply to early termination of the initial program and cancellation of month-to-month coaching.
The initial coaching program is a full program purchase and is not a month-to-month subscription.
A client's decision to discontinue participation does not automatically cancel the client's remaining payment obligations under the initial program purchase.
If a client requests to terminate the initial program before completing the applicable program term or payment commitment, an Early Termination Fee (“ETF”) may apply if provided for in the client's enrollment terms.
The applicable ETF, if any, will be based upon the program-specific terms disclosed or agreed to in connection with the client's enrollment.
These Terms do not establish a universal dollar amount for an ETF.
Any approved early termination, adjustment of the remaining balance, or release from further payment obligations must be confirmed in writing by Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, requesting early termination does not itself release amounts already due or otherwise owed.
After the initial program term and applicable initial payment obligation have been completed, coaching may continue month-to-month as described in Section 4.
To cancel month-to-month coaching, clients must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice through the Good Change Coaching Platform or by emailing [email protected].
The month-to-month membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and any properly scheduled payment that becomes due during that notice period remains the client's responsibility.
Failure to provide the required 30-day notice will result in month-to-month coaching continuing until the notice requirement has been satisfied.
Once cancellation becomes effective:
Future recurring month-to-month payments will stop.
Access to coaching services and the Good Change Coaching Platform may be removed.
Unused coaching services do not carry forward beyond the cancellation date unless otherwise approved in writing.
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our coaching services, payments are final and non-refundable except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
This policy applies to payments made to Good Change and, where applicable, payments made to a Participating Coach or coaching business for services governed by these Terms.
Coaching services may include personalized programming, educational resources, accountability, communication, platform access, administrative preparation, and other resources that begin at or shortly after enrollment.
Refunds are therefore generally not provided for:
Coaching services already provided
Personalized nutrition plans
Personalized workout programs
Educational materials
Missed check-ins
Lack of participation
Failure to communicate with your coach
Failure to use available coaching services or platform access
Dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow the coaching program
Failure to properly request cancellation of month-to-month coaching
If a client fails to complete weekly check-ins or communicate with their coach, coaching plans may remain unchanged until sufficient information is received. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Failure to participate in the initial program does not, by itself, convert the initial program into a month-to-month arrangement or eliminate the client's applicable payment obligations.
Clients are responsible for submitting cancellation or early-termination requests in accordance with these Terms.
Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach may consider exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical emergencies or other significant hardships, on a case-by-case basis. Any exception does not establish a precedent for future requests.
Good Change and its Participating Coaches provide health, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching for educational and informational purposes only. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition.
Information, recommendations, meal plans, workout programs, educational materials, and coaching provided through Good Change or a Participating Coach should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for professional medical care.
By participating in our coaching programs, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have consulted with, or have had the opportunity to consult with, your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning an exercise or nutrition program.
You are voluntarily participating in physical activity and nutrition coaching.
You are responsible for informing your coach of medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, medications, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
You will immediately discontinue any exercise or nutritional recommendation that causes pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical attention.
Good Change, Participating Coaches, their respective owners, coaches, contractors, employees, and representatives are not licensed physicians or medical providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation in exercise, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle soreness
Sprains or strains
Falls
Joint injuries
Cardiovascular complications
Allergic reactions
Aggravation of existing medical conditions
Serious injury, permanent disability, or death in rare circumstances
By voluntarily participating in coaching offered or facilitated through Good Change, including coaching delivered by a Participating Coach, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Good Change Development LLC, Athlete220 LLC, the applicable Participating Coach or coaching business, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in coaching services, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law, including where liability results from conduct that cannot legally be waived.
You understand that exercise and nutrition recommendations are followed voluntarily and at your own risk.
Every client begins their coaching journey from a unique starting point. Because of differences in health history, lifestyle, consistency, genetics, medications, sleep, stress, nutrition, physical activity, and countless other factors, individual results will vary.
Neither Good Change nor any Participating Coach guarantees any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
Weight loss

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, share, upload, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected materials without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
Unauthorized sharing or use of coaching materials may result in immediate termination or suspension of coaching services without refund and may result in legal action where appropriate.

Information you share in connection with coaching, including progress updates, health information, photographs, measurements, goals, and coaching conversations, may be used as reasonably necessary to provide coaching services, administer your account, improve your experience, operate the Good Change Coaching Platform, and fulfill applicable legal obligations.
Information may be accessible to Good Change and the applicable Participating Coach, as reasonably necessary to provide and administer your services.
From time to time, Good Change or a Participating Coach may request permission to share client testimonials, transformation photos, or success stories for educational or marketing purposes. Your name, photographs, or identifying information will not be publicly used for such purposes without your prior consent.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly.
If you believe a billing error has occurred or have questions regarding a payment, you are encouraged to contact Good Change at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your financial institution so that we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
If your payment was processed directly by a Participating Coach or coaching business, Good Change may coordinate with that provider regarding the transaction.
By enrolling in coaching services, you acknowledge that the applicable program purchase price, payment plan, payment schedule, month-to-month continuation terms, cancellation requirements, refund policy, and any applicable Early Termination Fee (ETF) are disclosed or agreed to in connection with enrollment.
For an initial program paid through installments, recurring installment charges represent scheduled payments toward the client's full program purchase and are not separate month-to-month purchases.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not, by itself, constitute cancellation of the client's program or eliminate amounts otherwise properly owed under the applicable agreement.
A payment dispute or chargeback involving charges consistent with the client's agreement and these Terms may result in:
Suspension of coaching services.
Removal of access to the Good Change Coaching Platform.
Termination of coaching services where appropriate.
Submission of relevant enrollment records, payment authorizations, communications, program records, these Terms, and other documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.
Collection efforts for properly unpaid balances where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules governing your payment method.
Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach reserve the right to suspend or terminate coaching services when a client:
Violates these Terms of Service.
Fails to maintain required payments.
Engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward coaches, staff, contractors, or other clients.
Misuses, copies, distributes, or attempts to commercially exploit protected intellectual property.
Uses coaching services or the Good Change Coaching Platform in a manner that interferes with the safety, integrity, or operation of the business, platform, coaches, or community.
Engages in fraudulent activity or misuse of the services.
When appropriate, an opportunity may be provided to correct an issue before services are terminated. However, Good Change and/or the applicable Participating Coach reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect the business, team members, coaches, clients, platform, or community.
Termination or suspension under this section does not automatically entitle the client to a refund and does not, by itself, eliminate outstanding payment obligations arising from the client's initial program purchase, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
